May through September Lauren offers a Mindfulness Group Hiking Program where participants meet in the morning to do 10-15 minutes of guided gentle standing Energy Medicine Yoga and then together take an hour hike on the stunning Tubbs Hill.

This pictured “backside” section is one of the areas where participants don’t talk and instead focus on engaging their senses to notice what they see, taste, smell, hear, and can touch.
