About Lauren

Lauren grew up in a rural setting, spending her younger years with her siblings building forts, playing in the creek and sledding down the various hills on her parents’ property. She has a deep love and connection to the outdoors and the power of Mother Nature. She recognizes the ability of nature to heal and loves to spend time walking and hiking outside and helping others get outside to connect to this healing power.

After graduating college with a B.S. in Business Marketing, she entered the corporate world of wholesale lumber where she built a 15 year successful career in a male dominated industry.  She hit a point in her life where from the outside looking in she appeared a very successful young woman.  But there was a hole in her heart.  A wanting for more.  A wanting to know who she really was and what her life’s purpose is.

Practicing yoga opened a door to her heart and invited her to come home.  She began to listen to her inner longings and do the hard work of healing parts of herself that needed healing.  She began to invest her time and energy into a life aligned with what she values most: love, nature, health, community, peace and growth.

She now knows her purpose is to continue to heal, grow, love, and enjoy life and help others to do the same.  She is dedicated to helping you connect to nature and your subtle energy body.  She is a certified Ayurvedic Health Advisor, a certified Energy Medicine Yoga® Teacher, and a certified Reiki 1 & 2 Master. Lauren teaches online workshops and offers guided hiking programs. She would love to meet you.
