Who’s this for?
If you love nature, gentle movement, and practices that help you feel calm, grounded, and energized, this class is for you. Whether you’re brand new to qigong or have experience, you’ll find a welcoming space to connect with your body, breath, and the natural world around you. Beginners are encouraged and welcomed!
Most of the class is practiced standing, so participants should be comfortable standing for 30–40 minutes. If you have concerns about this, please reach out before registering and we’ll explore whether this class is a good fit for you.

You have an unstable cardiovascular condition, recent heart surgery, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or experience frequent dizziness or fainting.
You are pregnant and have little prior experience with mindful movement practices, are in the early stages of pregnancy, or are experiencing pregnancy-related complications.
You have a recent injury or medical condition affecting your neck, shoulders, back, hips, knees, or other joints, including but not limited to fractures, torn ligaments, or herniated discs.
You are currently undergoing intensive cancer treatment or recovering from a major medical procedure.
You are experiencing significant mental health challenges that may make it difficult to participate comfortably in a group movement practice.
A Gentle Note
Qigong is generally considered a gentle, low-impact practice and movements can often be modified to suit individual needs. If you have questions about whether this class is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare provider and feel free to contact me before registering.

Start your morning with gentle movement in good company and fresh air, nestled among the trees. Experience an accessible movement practice to help you feel more calm, grounded, and present in your body and mind.

We’ll practice outside among the trees on the grounds of Unity Spiritual Center of North Idaho, located at 4465 N. 15th St. Coeur d Alene, Idaho. If adverse weather conditions (extreme heat, rain or smoke) exist, we will move indoors. Directions & details emailed after registration.

Surrounded by the beauty of the trees, you'll experience a gentle, beginner-friendly Qigong practice designed to balance and harmonize the body's five major organ systems. Leave feeling grounded, energized, and refreshed.
Practice includes:
5–10 minutes seated
30–40 minutes of standing Qigong
5 minutes of seated poses
5–10 minutes of guided relaxation
